Landan Dory - Brokerage Business born from Necessity

Landan Dory is an experienced commercial real estate broker with a focus on RV and mobile home park sales, net lease investment sales, and 1031 exchanges. He has been a licensed broker since 2017 and has personally been investing in real estate since 2021, with a portfolio that includes Single-Family Homes (SFH) and Single-Tenant Net Lease (STNL) properties.

Throughout his career, Landan has successfully brokered over 150 properties across 21 states, showcasing his extensive knowledge and network within the industry. His most recent acquisition is a single-tenant net lease coffee shop in Pflugerville, TX.

Originally from Midland, Texas, Landan lived in Waco from 2013 to 2017 before relocating to Austin, where he currently resides. With a strong track record and a passion for both brokering and investing in real estate, Landan continues to leverage his expertise to help clients achieve their real estate investment goals.
