Levi Benkert is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in real estate private equity, development and asset management. Prior to founding Harbor Capital, Levi oversaw the acquisition, development, and management of over $400 million in real estate properties across multiple asset classes, including $250 million in multi-family assets developed for the US State Department internationally and many successful residential single family development communities across the US. Levi is skilled at building dynamic teams and identifying unique opportunities buried deep out of reach. He is dedicated to using conservative deal structuring to mitigate risk and maximize returns for investors while harboring a personal vendetta against capital calls. Levi lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and their four children. He can often be found in one of the various rock climbing gyms around the country with his kids who are still certain that they are one day going to be able to climb better than him.
