Travis Baucom is the Founder and Visionary behind Balcomie Capital, a boutique investment firm for high-net-worth and high-income professionals. His mission is to deliver fully-managed, private investments in the self storage industry that allows individuals to pursue what matters most to them. His investments build a legacy and future for the next generation.

Prior to Balcomie Capital, Travis was CEO of the largest privately owned distressed house buying company in the State of Texas, Texas Trust Home Buyers, buying over 400 single family homes within a 5 year period. He developed and implemented the company’s strategy along with directing the asset acquisition and management of those assets.

Additionally, Travis Baucom teaches residential investors how to break into commercial real estate investing with his coaching program, House to Empire. Travis and his wife, Kristina, also founded a private school focused on entrepreneurship, emotional awareness, and a strong emphasis on STEAM curriculum.
